Latin Mass
North Dakota
Welcome to Latin Mass, North Dakota. The Traditional Latin Mass, also known as the Tridentine Mass, is the liturgy of the Roman Catholic Church that was extensively celebrated for centuries through 1962. It has a rich history and many feel a great sense of solemnity and reverence in its sacred music and form. Due to restrictions placed on its usage and permitted locations, many with interest or charism for the liturgy have found it difficult to locate where diocesan TLMs are available. This website is not a comprehensive list. It is intended to provide an idea of where Masses may be located in the Fargo and Bismarck Diocese, the frequency of TLM services, and some contact information. With the periodic nature of the TLM in certain areas, and some TLMs requiring travel to areas with limited services in near proximity, it is always advised to contact an organizer of each TLM to make sure that it is available - especially if travel conditions may be difficult.
Ad Jesum Per Mariam.
